Job Description:

The Senior BPO Customer Care Collections Representative is responsible for performing outbound calls to insurance companies to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze medical insurance claims for quality assurance. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience using Windows PC applications. The position may require overtime and weekend work based on business needs.
