Job Responsibility:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

Work on routine and non routine matters
Handle routine questions and issues, referring complex or unexpected matters to higher level employees
Regularly interact with customers and first line management
Resolve more complex client situations
Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs
Work on preparation of SOPs / process transitions
Provide Customer Service
Answer average of 25 calls per day
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years relevant experience
Demonstrated computer skills
