Job Description

The BPO Business Support Specialist will focus on developing and implementing risk management frameworks and processes across project portfolios. This role requires collaboration with project managers to ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulations. The specialist will also prepare reports for senior management and promote a risk-aware culture within the organization.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks, processes, and tools across the project portfolio
  • Identify, assess, and monitor risks at the project and portfolio level, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Support portfolio governance activities, including prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking
  • Prepare and present risk and portfolio status reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure risks are properly managed and documented throughout the project lifecycle
  • Facilitate risk workshops, training, and awareness sessions for project teams and stakeholders
  • Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements
  • Support the development of business cases and project proposals from a risk and portfolio perspective
  • Promote a risk-aware culture and continuous improvement in risk and portfolio management practices
