The BPO Associate Director will lead sales enablement and support for medical coding services, requiring over 10 years of experience in the US healthcare domain. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead sales enablement and support for medical coding services
  • Partner with the sales team to develop compelling proposals, RFP responses, and presentations for medical coding services
  • Provide subject matter expertise on US healthcare coding standards, compliance, and industry best practices
  • Assist in pricing strategies, cost estimation, and solution design for prospective clients
  • Participate in client calls and meetings to articulate service offerings and address technical queries
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to support strategic decision-making
  • Identify new opportunities for growth within the medical coding domain
  • Mentor and guide the sales support team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and compliance teams to align service capabilities with client expectations
  • Ensure all proposals and solutions adhere to HIPAA, CMS, and other regulatory requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and payer guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in US healthcare domain with strong exposure to medical coding services
  • Proven track record in sales support, pre-sales, or business development within healthcare outsourcing
  • In-depth knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding standards and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with US healthcare providers, payers, or RCM companies
