Requirements

4-8 years of relevant experience in BPM software platforms including IBM BAMOE, RH PAM, Pega Infinity, IBM BAW as well as business integration and Rules products
4+ years of experience in Engineering and usage of the mentioned products and Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement
Experience with cloud-based services implementation and enablement on on-prem and hybrid cloud platforms
Proven experience with engineering and release automation of the above-mentioned products
Experience with secure services engineering including application and operations access controls and audit controls enablement
Hands on experience working with application teams to onboard and adopt and develop their applications based on the engineered Middleware services
Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
