Job Description:

Primary responsibilities will include event creation & monitoring of ticketed events using the Ticketmaster, Archtics & TM Host ticketing system. Coordinate with the Marketing department to ensure ticketed events align with the LJVM and Ticketmaster website. Proactively handle promotor inquiries and requests of ticketed events. Oversee consignment and internal buy orders. Be the first point of contact with visitors at all Legends Global venues at Wake Forest University. Proactively upsell items such as parking, Premium sales, and Add-On event tickets.
