Job Description:

Our Client a rapidly expanding London based womenswear brand is looking for an energetic and passionate store supervisor to support their Windsor location. You will be their brand ambassador priding yourself on their mindful production, responsible sourcing, and delivering inclusive, positive experiences for every customer!

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience aligned with brand values
  • Lead by example in customer interactions, styling advice, and product knowledge
  • Drive sales performance, supporting the team to achieve daily KPIs and conversion targets
  • Resolve customer queries and issues professionally and efficiently
  • Support with daily team briefings, motivation, and delegation of tasks
  • Supervise the team on the shop floor, ensuring productivity and excellent service
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to support development
  • Assist in onboarding and training new staff
  • Support with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting
  • Ensure replenishment is completed efficiently and the shop floor is fully stocked
  • Maintain high visual standards, supporting VM changes according to brand guidelines
  • Uphold operational compliance including health & safety, loss prevention, and security processes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within retail (fashion preferred)
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire and motivate
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to read performance and support action plans
  • Passion for sustainable fashion and the Nobody's Child brand
