Job Description:

The firm counsels ultra-high net worth clients in complex and high-stakes disputes, crisis management situations, and estate matters across domestic and international representations.

Job Responsibility:

Review and preparation of legal documents including wills, trusts, LLC agreements, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
Drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and out-of-court settlement agreements
Estate and trust administration matters
Legal research on related private client issues

Requirements:

About one to four years of experience in estate planning, real estate, or corporate law
BigLaw or equivalent background
Strong academic credentials
New York bar admission
