The firm counsels ultra-high net worth clients in complex and high-stakes disputes, crisis management situations, and estate matters across domestic and international representations.

Job Responsibility

  • Review and preparation of legal documents including wills, trusts, LLC agreements, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
  • Drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and out-of-court settlement agreements
  • Estate and trust administration matters
  • Legal research on related private client issues

Requirements

  • About one to four years of experience in estate planning, real estate, or corporate law
  • BigLaw or equivalent background
  • Strong academic credentials
  • New York bar admission
