Within the boutique, your main mission will be to drive its overall performance by delivering an exceptional and highly personalized customer experience, achieving business objectives and leading a team to excellence, in full alignment with Audemars Piguet’s standards, values and retail vision.
Job Responsibility
Driving the development of the client base while increasing traffic, market share and overall profitability
Ensuring an exceptional and consistent customer experience across the entire client journey, in line with brand standards
Acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring a premium and consistent product presentation within the boutique
Implementing Audemars Piguet’s retail strategy, guidelines, processes and tools in daily operations
Planning, organizing and actively participating in events to develop client relationships and strengthen brand presence
Managing sales performance through forecasting, budget contribution and close monitoring of key KPIs
Monitoring and managing the client database (CRM) to support client development and engagement
Analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to recommend relevant actions
Overseeing stock management, including inventory, cash control and follow-up on outstanding payments
Leading, coaching and developing the team to ensure engagement, performance and achievement of objectives
Optimizing operational processes and ensuring efficient staff planning to support overall performance
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with local, regional and global priorities
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, including significant leadership responsibilities
Fluent in Thai and English
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and elevate team performance
Strong client-centric mindset with a deep understanding of luxury client expectations
Proven sales and negotiation skills with a strong results-driven approach
Strong analytical and business acumen, including experience managing KPIs, forecasting and budget management
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage operations efficiently
Experience in event management and client development within a luxury environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
