The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving boutique sales performance, and leading a dedicated team in representing an internationally renowned luxury watch brand.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the boutique team to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring world-class service standards
Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience
Oversee daily boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand standards
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to the boutique team, fostering a culture of excellence and client-centricity
Plan and execute clienteling initiatives, private events, and CRM activities to drive client loyalty and retention
Analyze business performance and prepare reports for senior management with actionable insights
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in luxury watches, fine jewelry, or high-end fashion
Passion for luxury timepieces and an in-depth understanding of the luxury retail market
