As the Boutique Manager, you will be empowering, enchanting and storytelling focused to lead your team of honeys towards achieving high commercial outcomes, guide best practice customer service, and encouraging of each honey's individual characteristics.
Job Responsibility:
Driving and achieving sales and KPI targets across your Boutique
Raising customer engagement & satisfaction
Empowering and encouraging of honeys needs and guiding their exploration in a positive note
Leading, coaching and providing feedback to honey team
Requirements:
At least 2-years experience in retail or hospitality environment
Exceptional communication and an aching for providing an electrifying customer experience
Self-motivated and passionate about your team's development and setting them up for success
Lead with empathy, compassion and are open-minded
Highly driven about the store success and passionate about the Honey B brand
Doesn't shy away from conflict, is resilient, and able to manage expectations
Able to advise and direct communication with confidence
