Boutique manager

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the boutique to ensure exceptional service standards and optimal team performance
• Cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships with high-value clientele, collectors, and watch connoisseurs
• Drive boutique performance by meeting sales targets and implementing effective sales and service strategies
• Ensure operational excellence including stock management, after-sales processes, reporting, and compliance

• Minimum 5 years of retail management capacity, preferably in the luxury watch or fine jewellery segment
• Strong in sales performance and team leadership
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
