Job Description:

The Boutique Attendant will assist in providing high-quality guest services while maintaining the boutique's operations, including attending to customers, processing transactions, restocking merchandise, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.

Job Responsibility:

Greet customers when entering the shop
offer assistance in locating merchandise
respond to merchandise-related questions
display merchandise neatly
restock items as necessary
check expiration dates and discard expired items
keep storeroom neat and clean
process purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges
verify customer identification
maintain appropriate cash drawer levels
turn in property monies and receipts
monitor customer activity to prevent losses
report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
anticipate and address guests’ service needs
assist individuals with disabilities
thank guests with genuine appreciation
build positive working relationships
comply with quality assurance expectations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop
ability to move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
strong communication skills
professional appearance and behavior.
