Bottle Shop Manager

• Experience in the same or similar role is a mandatory requirement
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong attention to detail required
• A genuine focus and appreciation for quality service and customer experience
• A sincere and deliberate focus on building rapport with guests
• An enthusiastic, positive and outgoing attitude
• High level of listening skills coupled with the ability to take direction well
• High standard of physical fitness & manual handling as it can be a physically demanding role
• Full or flexible availability to fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
• Proven track record with leading teams
• Focused on driving performance
• Attention to detail
• Accountable and responsible
• Understands business strategies
• Holds a current/valid RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Computer skills that translate to communicative requirements and effective stock management

Forklift License desirable
