Redcape Hospitality is seeking a driven, passionate & caring people centric individual to join our Leadership Team as our Bottle Shop/Retail Manager. You would lead your collective Team to successfully operate the Bottle-O in a role that combines both FOH & BOH duties.

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • A genuine focus and appreciation for quality service and customer experience
  • A sincere and deliberate focus on building rapport with guests
  • An enthusiastic, positive and outgoing attitude
  • High level of listening skills coupled with the ability to take direction well
  • High standard of physical fitness & manual handling as it can be a physically demanding role. Coupled with the ability to complete tasks that require heavy lifting which may be repetitive in nature, working unsupervised and within WHS guidelines
  • Full or flexible availability to fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with the Bottle Shop's operating hours
  • Proven track record with leading teams
