• Professionally engaging with guests and employees to create a healing environment of warmth and joy
• Skilled across a range of modalities to include: Biodynamic-bodywork, Shiatsu, Thai, Remedial Massage, Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, and other complementary therapies

• Hold a professionally recognised qualification, such as an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant therapy or wellness discipline
• Minimum of 1 year’s massage experience
• Facial qualification is preferred
• Demonstrate experience within the industry, ideally with a reputable track record
• Show a willingness to learn and develop new skills, including acquiring new techniques
• Possess a caring, calm, and compassionate nature, with the ability to support both clients and team members
• Be a strong team player, contributing positively to the working environment
• Represent and promote a healthy, balanced lifestyle, aligning with the values of the role
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Previous Spa Therapist experience

Facial qualification is preferred
