Job Responsibility

Manage our colleague spaces
various 'Green Rooms' where colleagues across Estelle can relax with teas, coffees, a hot meal provided daily, as well as 'The Bothy' back of house changing areas
Ensure a smooth operation with a focus on health and safety as well as general welfare
Assist with basic cleaning, general duties and stock control of our colleague food and amenities

Manage performance across all areas of the Bothy space

Maintain the highest standard of guest service by following the Bothy Protocols and displaying genuine care and attention to detail
To manage the smooth running of the daily operations focusing on the key areas of responsibilities, front of house, reservation, retail
Produce Host rota at least one months in advance and make the necessary adjustments in line with business needs, unexpected events by flexible scheduling
Practice full responsibility of Bothy host staff coverage during spa operational hours by liaising with staff, supervisors and managers
Ensure the team is fully trained in all aspects of the spa operating system and follow procedure according to the agreed sop’s
Consistently record guest preferences accurately updating guest profiles and communicating any relevant information to colleagues
Excellent oral and written English communicational skills
Previous customer service experience
Good computer skills
Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met and communicated
