We are looking for a senior BOS Client Executive to drive growth and strategic sales across our BOS (Business & Operations Support Systems) portfolio. This role is focused on building and expanding high-value relationships with telecom operators, identifying new business opportunities, and leading complex, consultative sales engagements. As telecom operators accelerate their cloud and 5G transformation journeys, you will play a key role in positioning cloud-native, automated solutions that drive tangible business outcomes and long-term value.
Job Responsibility:
Drive sales and business development across the BOS portfolio, focusing on new business and long-term growth
Build and manage strategic relationships with telecom operators, engaging at senior (C-level) to align solutions with their business priorities
Own the commercial strategy for BOS within assigned accounts, including opportunity identification, account planning, and pipeline growth
Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from early engagement through deal closure, including pre-RFP stages
Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape solutions and ensure successful customer outcomes
Contribute to large-scale BSS/BOS transformation initiatives from a commercial and strategic perspective
Requirements:
Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development within telecommunications or enterprise technology
Strong track record selling complex, consultative solutions to telecom operators or large enterprise customers
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (VP / C-level)
Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities, not only managing existing accounts
Background in telecommunications, IT services, or software solutions (OSS/BSS exposure is a plus, not mandatory)
Experience working with telecom operators or vendors (e.g., Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson, Nokia) is a strong advantage
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across pre-sales, delivery, and product teams
Bachelor’s degree
