Job Description:

We are now recruiting Boots Beauty Specialists for our LEAMINGTON SPA store. We are looking for candidates to join us onwards and who can be flexible to meet our customers needs. Your basic hours will be 30 hours per week, and your days of work will be across MONDAYS to SUNDAYS. The salary for this role is £13.56 per hour and up to £15.59 per hour across selected locations within London. This is a sales-based role. You'll have targets to meet and we're about working as a team (not competing against each other for sales!) so you won't be on performance-based commission. Instead, we provide up to £1000* annual product allowance for you personally test, love and recommend our products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work across all premium/luxury beauty brands, offering expert, unbiased advice to customers
  • Meet sales targets as part of a team
  • Keep the premium beauty hall and make up counters looking their best, well stocked, cleaned and tidied
  • Access expert hands-on training with premium brands in store plus comprehensive learning programme
  • Attend virtual and in-person conferences
  • Get involved with creating social media content, supporting with events or being involved in campaigns
