Job Description:

Every company needs a bookkeeping, accounting, and auditing clerk in its corner. This financing guru computes, classifies, and records numerical data to maintain financial records. Job duties generally include using accounting software to record, store, and analyze information; checking figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes; and coding documents according to company procedures. Accounting firms, small businesses, manufacturing firms, banks, hospitals, school systems, and governmental agencies are just a handful of places that employ these professionals.
