Stable client located in Wilmington, Delaware is looking to staff a full-time Bookkeeper with proven payroll and problem-solving skills. The role involves accounts receivable/payable, bank account reconciliation, journal entries, vendor management, payroll processing, compliance, administrative tasks, account analysis, general ledger, and other accounting projects.
Job Responsibility:
Enter and process accounts payable/receivable
Maintain general ledger
Perform bank reconciliations
Drafting internal and external documents
Assist with payroll compliance/deductions
Maintain internal file/record keeping system
Post journal entries
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Spreadsheet Maintenance
Light office support
Requirements:
1+ years of bookkeeping experience
CPA or CPA track a plus
QuickBooks experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
