We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule of 15-20 hours per week, with the expectation of being onsite three days a week. Job Responsibility:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping
Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and other financial accounts to maintain accurate balances
Provide support for payroll operations, ensuring employee payments are processed correctly and on time
Assist with human resources tasks, such as maintaining employee records and supporting HR-related processes
Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation for internal and external use
Utilize QuickBooks to manage bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized financial records
Address discrepancies and resolve issues related to financial transactions promptly
Contribute to administrative duties, including filing and organizing financial documents
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations across financial and administrative functions
Monitor and implement best practices for compliance with financial regulations and company policies
