Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data
Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payments
Handle month-end close procedures, including preparing reports and ensuring compliance with financial standards
Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies
Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze financial data
Process invoices and payments efficiently while maintaining detailed documentation
Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation as required
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in all financial operations
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support budgeting processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
Ability to perform account reconciliations and handle month-end close procedures
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with bank reconciliations and financial reporting
Understanding of local, state, and federal financial regulations
Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and provide financial insights
