We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Murray, Utah. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who excels in managing financial records and administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The role requires strong organizational skills and familiarity with accounting software to support the smooth operation of our office.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are properly recorded
Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage accounting processes and generate financial reports
Oversee office administrative duties to support daily operations
Prepare and process invoices and payments in a timely manner
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and financial accuracy
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities as needed
Communicate effectively with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with general office administration duties
