Job Responsibility:
Maintaining daily financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and complex bank reconciliations
Efficiently processing payroll and ensuring all documentation is organized and compliant
Ensuring all financial activities meet relevant Australian accounting standards and regulations
Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement better financial procedures
Providing high-level support and service to small business clients, acting as a trusted point of contact
Requirements:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Bookkeeping role
A strong understanding of accounting principles and industry best practices
Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
A self-starter who can work independently while remaining a collaborative team player
