Job Responsibility
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
Manage invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
Support payroll processing and related recordkeeping
Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and documentation standards
Communicate with internal team members and vendors regarding financial matters
Requirements
2+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
