Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a contract-to-permanent position that requires an organized and detail-oriented individual to support our financial operations and work onsite Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibility:

Enter a variety of invoices into QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and proper categorization
Handle vendor credits and process them efficiently
Manage daily satellite cash flow, including sorting and processing incoming monies
Reconcile invoices to ensure alignment with organizational standards
Set up new accounts as required, adhering to established procedures
Input monthly mileage invoices and verify their accuracy
Oversee the ordering and management of scrubs and shirts for staff
Maintain and update fee schedules within the Nymbl system
Perform data entry for insurance contract renewals, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date
Assist with data entry tasks for special projects as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management
Proficiency in QuickBooks for invoice processing and reconciliation
Familiarity with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) workflows
Strong ability to accurately enter and manage invoices
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work onsite in Little Rock, Arkansas during standard business hours
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors
Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
