Job Responsibility
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Maintaining accurate financial records and general ledgers
Processing invoices, payments, and deposits
Performing bank and account reconciliations
Assisting with payroll processing and payroll records
Preparing financial reports and supporting month-end close
Monitoring transactions for accuracy and resolving discrepancies
Supporting internal accounting controls and documentation processes
Requirements
Experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or related financial operations
Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of accounting procedures and internal controls
