Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate financial records by processing transactions and ensuring proper documentation

Perform bank reconciliations to verify account balances and detect discrepancies
Utilize QuickBooks software to manage financial data and generate reports
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulations
Assist in preparing financial statements and other essential reports for stakeholders
Monitor and track expenses to maintain budgetary control
Collaborate with team members to resolve accounting issues and improve processes
Update and organize financial records to ensure accessibility and security
Manage data entry tasks to support accurate and up-to-date financial information
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
Proficiency in QuickBooks software for managing financial data
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong data entry skills to ensure precise record-keeping
