A growing company in Brickell is seeking a Bookkeeper with strong Excel skills to support day-to-day accounting operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, reconciliations)
  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
  • Prepare reports and assist with month-end close
  • Analyze data and create reports using advanced Excel
  • Support the accounting team with ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
