We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position with a flexible schedule of 20-25 hours per week. Job Responsibility:
Prepare detailed quarterly financial reports, including forecasting and analysis
Conduct financial assessments of cash flow and manage lines of credit

Review and update fiscal policies to maintain accuracy and improve efficiency
Develop and review the annual budget to support organizational priorities

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proficiency in QuickBooks software
Experience working within non-profit organizations
Strong background in budgeting and financial forecasting
Expertise in federal grant management and compliance
Ability to analyze financial statements and cash flow effectively
