Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping
Process and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy
Utilize QuickBooks software to maintain and update financial records
Generate financial reports and assist in preparing documentation for audits
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies in financial records
Provide support in maintaining organized and accessible financial documentation
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement solutions
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial management
Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Ability to perform bank reconciliations with precision and attention to detail
