We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Turlock, California. Job Responsibility:
Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable processes, as well as check deposits
Accurately input and categorize checks using QuickBooks Online
Oversee annual billing cycles and assist with collections, including sending reminders and following up with clients
Organize, scan, and maintain electronic records to ensure easy access and compliance
Act as a liaison with vendors, providing light management and communication support
Monitor workflows to ensure accounting tasks are completed efficiently and on time
Provide general administrative assistance to support the smooth operation of the team
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, with a focus on accounts payable and receivable
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is highly preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Comfortable handling high-volume client interactions, including annual billing for 1000+ clients
Ability to work discreetly with confidential information
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
Familiarity with digital record-keeping and basic administrative processes
