Bookkeeper

• Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Carry out bank reconciliations
• Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
• Handle payroll duties
• Conduct month-end close procedures
• Perform account reconciliation tasks
• Use Microsoft Excel to track and analyze financial data
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Adapt and learn new processes
• Undertake data entry tasks

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) effectively
• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Must be skilled in conducting Bank Reconciliations
• Demonstrated experience in Bookkeeping
• Proficient in Data Entry tasks
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to handle Month End Close activities
• Experience in managing Payroll is preferred
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks
