Bookkeeper

• Perform accurate bank reconciliations to ensure financial records align with bank statements
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes efficiently
• Provide support to Inventory and Cost Accounting teams
• Perform month-end reconciliations of AR, cash accounts, and other accounts in the G/L
• Generate and verify inventory reports
• Maintain organized and detailed records of financial activities

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
• Demonstrated ability to perform bank reconciliations effectively
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
• Degree in accounting or a related field is preferred but not required

Exposure to Inventory or cost accounting is helpful but not required
