We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis in Stuart, Florida. This role requires expertise in managing financial records, processing payroll, and handling accounts payable and receivable with precision. The ideal candidate will have experience using QuickBooks Enterprise and a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices.
Job Responsibility:
Process payroll reports to ensure accurate and timely payments
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently
Generate and review weekly purchase order reports for accuracy
Match invoices to corresponding purchase orders for proper documentation
Prepare and analyze unpaid bills reports to maintain up-to-date records
Handle payments through various methods, including checks, credit cards, and organizational accounts
Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise to maintain financial data and support manufacturing operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management
Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise, particularly in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Ability to perform bank reconciliations with attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong analytical skills to review and process financial reports
Effective communication skills for working with team members and stakeholders
