Bookkeeper

• Perform daily reconciliations for sales transactions and credit card activities to ensure accuracy
• Maintain and update sales records from e-commerce platforms, mail-order catalogs, and other sources
• Process accounts payable by entering invoices and coordinating weekly check runs
• Manage payroll for 26 hourly employees weekly and 2 salaried employees monthly using a time clock system
• Utilize QuickBooks Online for all financial tasks, including reporting and record-keeping
• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and transactions
• Assist with moderate Excel tasks, including basic data organization and pivot tables, if needed
• Collaborate with team members and provide support in other areas as required
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online for financial management and reporting
• Strong skills in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Ability to perform accurate bank and credit card reconciliations
• Familiarity with e-commerce sales systems and data tracking
• Moderate proficiency in Excel
• knowledge of pivot tables is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented workplace
