Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently and in compliance with company policies
Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data
Utilize QuickBooks to manage and update financial information regularly
Resolve discrepancies in accounts and address any financial irregularities
Stay updated on bookkeeping best practices and relevant financial regulations
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant accounting software
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Experience with performing bank reconciliations and financial audits
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
