Job Description:

Robert Half's Accounting and Finance Full-Time Engagement Professional practice seeks experienced Bookkeepers for the Lancaster, PA market. This role offers challenging job opportunities in various industries, new skill development, and a career in consulting with the stability of full-time employment.

Job Responsibility:

Performing full-cycle AP and AR from invoice generation to posting transactions to the G/L
Assisting with payroll processing and updates
Maintaining vendor information
Light reconciliation work
Any ad-hoc bookkeeping projects requested by clients

Requirements:

3+ years of direct work experience in a Bookkeeping or related position
Experience handling both AP and AR functions
Knowledge of common accounting and ERP software, including QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle
Associate Degree in Accounting or a related field, or two additional years of relevant work experience
Flexibility to work fully in-office, hybrid, or fully remote depending on client needs
