Bookkeeper

• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper approvals for timely payments
• Generate accurate customer invoices and track payment statuses effectively
• Reconcile monthly reports for accounts payable and receivable, ensuring financial accuracy
• Prepare and execute payment transactions via checks, wire transfers, or expense reports
• Maintain detailed financial records and assist with audits, including 1099 processing
• Resolve billing discrepancies and maintain clear communication with vendors and customers
• Perform monthly reconciliations for general ledgers and checkbooks across multiple entities
• Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise to manage bookkeeping tasks and reporting
• Handle financial operations for multi-entity organizations, managing 15-20 general ledgers
• Prepare financial reports and analysis using Microsoft Excel

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a multi-entity organization
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise is essential
• Timberline experience is a plus
• Strong ability to manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including high-volume invoice handling
• Expertise in performing monthly reconciliations for general ledgers and checkbooks
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to shifting priorities, and manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with vendors and customers
• An associate degree in accounting or a related field is preferred but not required
