Job Responsibility:
Accurately record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger
Reconcile accounts and bank statements to ensure data integrity
Prepare invoices, manage payments, and track accounts receivable/payable
Assist with payroll processing and compliance filings
Support internal and external audits with timely documentation
Generate key financial reports to drive informed decision-making
Play a hands-on role in HR: coordinate onboarding for new hires, collect necessary paperwork, and help maintain updated employee records
Requirements:
Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional integrity handling confidential information
Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
