In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing financial records and ensuring the accuracy of accounting processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in bookkeeping and proficiency in QuickBooks.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
Utilize QuickBooks to track and report on financial data
Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed
Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
Provide support during audits or financial reviews
Monitor cash flow and maintain organized financial documentation
Requirements:
