Job Description:

This role will focus on essential bookkeeping tasks such as managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records. If you are detail-oriented and have experience in handling financial transactions with accuracy, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transaction management
Perform account reconciliations, including bank and credit card accounts
Maintain and update financial records using bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks
Assist with month-end close procedures, ensuring financial accuracy and completeness
Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Conduct data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and organized financial information
Generate financial reports and summaries to support decision-making processes
Collaborate with team members to address financial discrepancies or concerns
Ensure compliance with all applicable financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience in bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable
Proficiency in bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of account reconciliations and bank reconciliation processes
Familiarity with payroll processing and related regulations
Ability to handle month-end close tasks with attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
