Bookkeeper

• Maintain and update financial records with accuracy and attention to detail
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between financial records and statements
• Utilize QuickBooks software to manage and track financial activities
• Generate detailed financial reports to assist in decision-making and strategy development
• Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and resolve financial issues
• Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes

• Bachelor's Degree with Accounting or Finance Concentration
• 5+ years of experience
• Professional services industry experience preferred (Ideally Legal industry)
• QuickBooks experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
