Job Responsibility

  • Record and reconcile customer payments and bank transactions using QuickBooks Online
  • Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and consistently updated
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
  • Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accuracy in financial reporting
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, organizing, and data entry
