Bookkeeper

• Process accounts payable by reviewing invoices, verifying purchase orders, obtaining necessary approvals, and preparing payments
• Manage accounts receivable tasks, including generating invoices, reconciling customer accounts, tracking payments, and monitoring aging reports
• Perform precise data entry into accounting systems and spreadsheets to ensure accurate financial documentation
• Maintain organized and accessible financial records to support audits and reporting requirements
• Assist with month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliation and posting journal entries
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls
• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes
• Support light collections efforts by communicating with clients and vendors regarding outstanding payments

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in bank reconciliations and numeric data entry
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other financial tools
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and vendors
