Job Description:

Part-time Bookkeeper role (4 days per week) for fast-growing software vendor based in London. Hybrid role offering balance of working in office and flexibility with 2 days in office and 2 days remote. Opportunity to join dynamic finance team in financial data analytics company that empowers organizations to tackle unexpected with cutting-edge solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Managing and owning purchase ledger process and payments
Conducting month-end close processes with efficiency
Assisting in preparation of annual statutory accounts for multiple entities
Preparing client invoices and managing sales ledger process
Reporting actuals against budget and forecasts
Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations
Handling intercompany entries and checks
Maintaining contract files and databases
Preparing accrual and prepayment entries in ledgers
Entering payroll journals and managing VAT and sales tax returns for UK, US, and Singapore
Participating in ad-hoc projects to support finance team

Requirements:

Experienced bookkeeper or part-qualified with relevant accounting qualification (working towards ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
Works collaboratively within a finance team
Can adapt and prioritize workloads
Possesses strong organizational skills to manage multiple workflows across international locations
Has experience in the technology industry and solid understanding of revenue recognition (desirable)
Is a self-starter with thirst for knowledge and excellent communication skills
Thrives under deadline pressures and enjoys working in fast-paced environment
Experience with Sage Intacct would be a plus
