Job Description:

This is a Contract-to-permanent position offering the opportunity to manage key financial operations and contribute to the organization’s overall financial health. The ideal candidate will excel in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and other essential accounting tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Manage accounts payable and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
Oversee accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and payment tracking
Assist with payroll preparation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records for all transactions
Support month-end close activities, including preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts
Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems and spreadsheets
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage financial reports and data summaries
Handle miscellaneous accounting tasks as assigned to support the finance team

Requirements:

Proven experience in bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable
Proficiency in performing bank reconciliations and managing financial records
Familiarity with payroll processes and related compliance requirements
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis
Experience supporting month-end close processes and preparing financial reports
Ability to handle multiple accounting tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
