We are looking for a part-time, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the organization's accounting needs. Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify and balance financial statements
Use QuickBooks to track, record, and report financial data
Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
Assist in budget tracking and financial forecasting as needed
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Address discrepancies in financial records and resolve them promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations
Provide support during audits and other financial reviews
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar financial role
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Familiarity with performing bank reconciliations
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data accurately
