We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong Excel skills to support daily accounting operations. This role will handle financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare and maintain financial reports using Microsoft Excel
Assist with month-end and year-end close
Manage invoicing, billing, and collections follow-up
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
Support audits and assist with ad hoc accounting projects
Requirements:
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
